Fiora Pirri 🌐

Fiora Pirri is CEO and research director of DeepPlants (Italy), which she founded in 2021. She has been a full professor at the University of Sapienza, Rome, and head of Alcor Lab of vision, learning, and cognitive robotics, which she established in 1998. Her leadership extends to various EU-funded projects, notably NIFTI and TRADR, focusing on disaster response and human-robot teamwork. DeepPlants research is dedicated to climate change resilience showcasing her commitment to impactful innovation.

Marija Popović 🌐

Marija is an Assistant Professor at MAVLab at TU Delft. Her research is centred around developing algorithms to enable intelligent decision-making for autonomous robots, focusing on aerial platform. Her research group focuses on furthering autonomy for agricultural applications.

Michael Gomez Selvaraj

Michael leads the Phenomics platform at the Alliance of Bioversity and CIAT (Colombia) within CGIAR. He envisions a future where regenerative agriculture and data-driven innovation intersect for sustainability. He addresses farming challenges to advance food security globally, by researching in digital agriculture, remote sensing, and AI.
